Calcium and phosphorus metabolism involves in patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral bone disorder (CKD-MBD). Sclerostin morphogenetic protein-7 (BMP-7) are closely related to formation. This study aims assess sclerostin BMP-7’s role renal function, blood calcium CKD-MBD. 86 CKD-MBD were collected as the case group healthy subjects selected control group. ELISA was used detect BMP-7 serum level. The automatic biochemical analyzer liver function. Blood level, iPHT level detected by immunoradiation. No differences found regarding age, gender, BMI between (P > 0.05).
